Job Title:ClinicalPsychologist

Location:Closeburn House School, Dumfriesshire, DG3 5HP

Salary:51,150 58,000 pro rata, DOE

Hours: 15 hours per week, 08.30am - 4.30pm (2 days a week)

Contract:Permanent, 52 weeks

The role:

We are looking for aClinical Psychologistto join our in-houseclinical team atCloseburn Houseschool.

Working collaboratively with theeducation team, you will deliverpsychologicalassessment and interventionto pupilswho may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent or have SEMH needs.You will work within the standardsprovidedin theOFGPsychologicalPractice Ways of Working. This will guide your practice within an education setting and clarify your roles and responsibilities, whiletaking into account the requirements of yourgoverning andprofessional bodies.You will be given responsibility for holding apsychologicalcaseload, with the full support ofyour designated clinical supervisor and site lead, also contributing toschool development,staff training and consultation asrequired.This post would suit a resilient,creative and enthusiastic individual.
