Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Leeds A highly respected regional law firm with a strong reputation in clinical negligence is seeking to recruit an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor at Grade B or equivalent to join its expanding and well accredited team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with five or more years' PQE or equivalent experience who is looking for a new challenge within a supportive and progressive environment that places equal importance on client service and staff development. You will join a team that includes APIL, AvMA and Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel accredited specialists and will be responsible for managing your own caseload of clinical negligence matters. The role offers flexibility, with remote and hybrid working options available to support a healthy work life balance. The role involves managing a varied clinical negligence caseload from initial instruction through to resolution, including litigation where appropriate. You will also support junior colleagues and contribute to the continued success of the department.
