Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Litigation Executive

Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE)

An award-winning national law firm with a strong reputation across the UK is seeking an experienced and driven Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Litigation Executive to join its highly regarded Clinical Negligence team in Manchester.

The Role

You’ll manage your own caseload of complex and high-value clinical negligence claims, including matters involving obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac, oncology, and psychiatric care. Alongside this, you’ll work closely with a highly experienced Partner on particularly high-value and intricate cases, allowing you to continue developing your expertise in a collaborative environment.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Strong experience handling litigated Clinical Negligence matters
• Excellent communication, analytical, and client relationship skills
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
