Were looking for an experienced Clinical Lead RNLD / RGN to oversee three supported-living packages for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in the Bedford area. One of these services involves individuals with highly complex, high-risk behaviours, requiring confident clinical leadership and strong multi-agency collaboration.
As the Clinical Lead RNLD / RGN , youll set the clinical direction, ensure safe, person-centred delivery, and act as the key professional link between ICBs, commissioners, CHC teams and local partnersensuring each individual receives the right care at the right time.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, review, and stabilise supported-living packages for adults with LD and Autism. Complete holistic assessments and develop PBS-led, outcome-focused care plans. Define escalation and crisis management pathways, ensuring effective risk reduction. Supervise and mentor field teams, promoting reflective practice and clinical accountability. Manage governance processessafeguarding, incidents, audits, and CQC readiness.
