Meridian Business Support have an exciting opportunity for to join the Senior Management Team as Head of Nursing and Quality across 4 Mental Health services based in Birmingham.

About the role:

The successful candidate will provide professional support and leadership to our occupational therapists, occupational therapy assistants and activity workers who are based across our existing mental health inpatient services in Birmingham. The company supports service-users along a recovery pathway using relationship centred, best practice interventions and supports individuals to improve their quality of life whilst working towards their personal goals. Service-user outcomes are measured using recognised assessment tools which allow us to evidence our objective of enabling individuals to move towards living in the least restrictive setting possible. You will be responsible for managing the performance of the occupational therapy team, providing professional support and leadership. You will manage a small clinical caseload comprising of service users from across the organisation, completing assessments, intervention and evaluation of treatment.
