With a competitive salary hourly pay rate of £21.30 per hour, this role offers 35 hours per week over two 8-hour supernumerary shift and two11 hour clinicalshift. Enjoy paid breaks and handover time, all while leading a dedicated team in a caring setting.

As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will:
Lead hands-on nursing care on the floor. Supervise and support nursing staff. Liaise with families and the multidisciplinary team. Ensure high standards of clinical care, including catheter, PEG feeds, and wound care. Work 36 hours per week, with shifts from 7am to 7pm. Enjoy some supernumerary hours to focus on management tasks.
