Provide leadership and support within the care home setting. Be on call every other weekend to ensure smooth operations. Work 2-3 supernumerary days and one shift per week, totalling 40 hours. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Support the development and training of the care team. Oversee patient care plans and ensure high-quality service delivery.
