Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a team across climbing, bouldering, café, escape rooms, and outdoor activities.
Manage daily operations including climbing walls, auto-belay lines, bouldering, Krazy Kong kids' area, café, retail, and escape rooms.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and equipment standards are met across the centre.
Handle customer enquiries, memberships, and complaints with professionalism and warmth.
Organise events, competitions, and special activities that engage our community.
Oversee budgets, financial performance, stock management, and operational reporting.

Nestled in the Lake District, we offer climbing walls, bouldering, kids' adventures, escape rooms, a café, a retail shop, and outdoor activities like ghyll scrambling, paddleboarding, and hill walking. Computer literacy and familiarity with relevant software (e.g., POS systems)
Qualifications
Mountain Leader-CWI-RCI-First Aid.
Experience in team management, staff scheduling, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of climbing safety protocols, equipment maintenance and climbing operations.
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Organizational and administrative skills; including experience in handling memberships or event planning.
Ability to manage budgets and prepare reports.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required
