What Youll Do: Lead the growth of DXCs CES business across Applications, Consulting, Data, and AI.
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Identify new opportunities and develop long-term account strategies.
Use consulting-led approaches to open new doors and deliver early wins.
Convert small advisory engagements into large-scale transformation programmes.
Bring together cross-functional teams to deliver compelling client solutions.
Who You Are: Were looking for someone with:
Experience in services sales, consulting, or account management.
Background working with Financial Services clients.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
Curiosity, resilience, and a growth mindset.
A passion for solving business problems and driving positive change.
You dont need 20 years of experience were prioritising potential, mindset, and leadership capability.
