About the Role
DP World Logistics provides tailored logistics solutions for the automotive, supplier, and consumer goods industries. We support our clients from planning through to implementation, ensuring reliable process chains and delivering individual solutions that meet their needs.
We are currently recruiting for a Client Services Executive to act as the key liaison between DP World and our clients, ensuring smooth and efficient account management across all areas of the supply chain. You will represent the client onsite, manage expectations, and maintain cost and efficiency levels while ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded. Our successful candidate will ideally be someone who has previous Account manager/Client support experience within logistics or supply chain.
Location: Bicester
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
How You Will Contribute
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their representative onsite.
Handle client requests in line with SLAs, liaising with internal departments and managing expectations.
Maintain and update the Client Services database.
