Client Services Administration Team Leader

Contract: 12-month FTC
We're looking for a Team Leader to manage a busy Client Services Administration team, ensuring exceptional service delivery to advisers and clients. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, meeting SLAs, resolving escalated queries and complaints, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the team to deliver accurate, timely administration
Investigate and resolve complaints, breaches, and escalations
Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and Treating Customers Fairly principles
Manage risk and maintain data security standards
Conduct regular one-to-ones, appraisals, and training plans
Support recruitment, resource planning, and team development
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
Proactive approach to problem-solving
Desirable
Wrap platform experience
Financial services qualifications (IOC or CII)
Knowledge of CASS and COBs rules
Strong knowledge of SIPP, Drawdown, GIA, ISA, and Offshore Bonds
