Kickstart Your Career in a Dynamic Commercial Environment

Are you eager to launch your career in a role where your contributions matter from day one? Do you thrive in high-energy settings and want a clear, upward career track? If that sounds like you, our Graduate Associate Program may be the ideal next step.

Why Join Them?

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Enjoy fast-paced, outcome-driven work
  • Prioritize delivering outstanding service to clients
  • Perform well under pressure and against tight timelines
  • Are resilient, adaptable, and ready to take initiative

What the Role Involves

As part of their Client Services team, you’ll be a key connection point between global clients and the expert insights they rely on. You'll be juggling multiple projects each day, working with top-tier investors, consultants, and corporate leaders seeking informed perspectives to drive their strategies. This is a high-touch role requiring multitasking, precision, and strong communication.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Engaging directly with expert professionals by phone to assess suitability for ongoing client projects
  • Gaining a deep understanding of project needs, industry context, and compliance factors
  • Managing all aspects of the consultation process—coordinating schedules, maintaining timelines, and facilitating smooth communication
  • Balancing multiple assignments simultaneously while ensuring timely and accurate delivery

What You’ll Gain

  • Exposure to a broad range of industries and client challenges—not confined to any one sector
  • Invaluable skills in communication, negotiation, project coordination, and client management
  • A clearly defined path for progression: promotion to Manager typically within 2–2.5 years, and potential advancement to VP level within ~5 years
  • Access to support for postgraduate education, including partial funding toward MBA programs at leading global institutions

Who We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring:

  • A strong academic background (minimum 2:1 degree)
  • Notable extracurricular or leadership experiences during your studies
  • Internship or work experience relevant to business, consulting, or communications
  • Fluency in both English and German (C2 level); time spent living or working in Europe is a plus

Compensation & Perks

Your first-year compensation (depending on performance) will range between £48,500–£57,500, including:

  • Base salary of £41,500
  • Uncapped performance-based bonus

Additional benefits include:

  • 4% pension contribution on qualifying earnings
  • Comprehensive private healthcare and dental plans
  • 25 days of paid leave plus UK public holidays and year-end office closure
  • Prime office location in Central London, with subsidised lunch, complimentary breakfast, and snacks
