We’re Hiring: Client Manager or Senior Client Manager (Branding & Packaging design agency background)
We’re looking for a dynamic Client Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional branding and packaging projects for globally recognised clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and client partnership—someone who understands how powerful brand thinking translates into impactful design.
✨ The Role
As Client Manager, you will be the key link between our clients and internal creative teams. You’ll lead projects from brief to delivery, ensuring work is strategically sharp, creatively inspiring, and executed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as their day-to-day partner
Lead branding and packaging projects end-to-end
Translate client needs into clear, inspiring briefs
Collaborate closely with strategy and creative teams to deliver standout work
Manage timelines, budgets, and project scope effectively
Identify opportunities to grow client accounts
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a client management or account management role within a branding and packaging agency
Strong background in branding and packaging projects (essential)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets
A collaborative mindset and passion for creativity
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
