What you will do:

Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of tech-focused clients, acting as their primary point of contact for accounting and advisory needs. Manage and mentor a team of 3-4 Junior to Semi-Senior Accountants, ensuring high-quality output across VAT, payroll, and year-end accounts. Drive client value through strategic advisory services, including financial forecasting and specialized schemes like EIS, SEIS, and EMI.

The ideal candidate:

Must be a qualified or qualified-by-experience accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA preferred) with a strong background in practice or professional services. Demonstrates expert-level proficiency in cloud-based accounting software, specifically Xero and QuickBooks, to manage multiple client workflows efficiently. Possesses a proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
