Client Engagement Administrator

Role duties include but are not limited to:
Act as first point of contact with reception duties, including answering telephone enquiries, welcoming visitors, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail etc
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Scheduling appointments
Co-ordinating timetables
Maintaining records
Word processing of letters, reports and other documents
General clerical tasks including photocopying, filing, etc
Complete routine health& safety checks
Order stationery and other supplies
