Job Description
Client Accounts Assistant (Property) – Step Up Your Career!
\n\nReady to move from admin into something a bit more dynamic? If you’ve got some experience in property administration and you’re curious about the world of client accounts, this could be your perfect next step.
\n\nWe’re on the lookout for someone organised, proactive, and keen to grow—someone who enjoys numbers and people, and wants to be part of a busy, supportive team.
\n\n\n\n
What You’ll Be Doing
\n\nNo two days are the same, but here’s a flavour of what you’ll get involved in:
\n\n- \n\t
- Importing daily banking receipts and assisting with bank reconciliations \n\t
- Raising and issuing invoices (rent, deposits, fees—you name it) \n\t
- Processing new tenancy files and preparing landlord statements \n\t
- Supporting weekly payroll reporting for lettings \n\t
- Managing the client accounts inbox—helping landlords, tenants, and suppliers \n\t
- Chasing rent arrears and preparing weekly reports \n\t
- Keeping forecasts and deal logs accurate and up to date \n\t
- Supporting the lettings and property management teams with queries \n\t
- Checking and approving supplier invoices for payment \n\t
- Liaising with suppliers to keep accounts running smoothly \n\t
- Chasing commissions from landlords or agents \n\t
- Providing tenant references \n\t
- Jumping into ad-hoc tasks and helping improve systems and processes \n
You’ll be reporting directly to a Senior Client Accounts Manager, so there’s plenty of opportunity to learn and develop.
\n\n\n\n
What We’re Looking For
\n\n- \n\t
- Around 1+ years’ experience in administration, ideally within property \n\t
- Some understanding of lettings (bonus points if you know a bit about property legislation—but don’t worry, training is provided!) \n\t
- A desire to move into a client accounts-focused role \n
✨ About You
\n\nYou’re someone who:
\n\n- \n\t
- Has a can-do attitude and enjoys getting stuck in \n\t
- Is highly organised and detail-oriented \n\t
- Communicates confidently (both written and verbal) \n\t
- Is comfortable using Word, Excel, and Outlook \n\t
- Has a professional, friendly manner on the phone and in person \n\t
- Works well independently and as part of a team \n
What’s In It For You?
\n\n- \n\t
- £26,000 – £30,000 salary (depending on experience) \n\t
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays \n\t
- Hybrid working (2WFH) & (3 Office based) \n\t
- A clear path to grow your career in client accounts \n\t
- A supportive team environment where your development matters \n
Why Apply?
\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to bridge the gap between admin and finance within the property world. If you’re looking to level up your skills and take on more responsibility, this role gives you the platform to do exactly that.
