About the role Were looking for an experienced Business to Business Account Manager to join us, working as part of our Client Services team. This is a 13-month contract to cover Maternity Leave.

The responsibilities include assessing financial and operational data relating to the performance of our clients heat networks. You will utilise this data and present monthly/quarterly updates to your portfolio of clients highlighting risks, presenting solutions, and collaborating with internal departments to deliver improvements that mitigate those risks.

To succeed in this post-sales role, you should be adept in providing professional written and verbal business updates, be passionate about delivering the highest service standards to our clients and have the gravitas to challenge the status quo by recommending business process changes to help enhance the overall services we provide.

Ultimately, you will ensure our company retains and expands our client base.
