Specialists Support - Window and Carpet Cleaning

Salary: £30 000 PA for 40hours per week + Opportunity to earn overtime

Location: South West London

Vehicle: A Company Van will be provided.

The Opportunity

The specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering specialist cleaning projects that fall outside of our clients routine contract cleaning, this includes Carpet and Window Cleaning, this is a hands-on cleaning role where you will ensure that all special works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires flexibility as many of the jobs are carried out either early morning, late evening and on weekends, you will often work across multiple sites and coordinating with the wider operations team to meet project deadlines and compliance requirements

Key Duties

Conduct site surveys for periodic and reactive works, ensuring accurate scope and resourcing.

Ensure job timesheets and completion reports are submitted promptly after each task, and shared with Account Managers and/or clients as required.

Maintain the SWD vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fully stocked, and that all equipment is regularly serviced. Report and arrange repairs for any faults immediately.

Demonstrate good IT proficiency and strong written and verbal communication skills

Essential:

2 years’ experience in the cleaning industry

Hold a full UK Driving Licence

Have experience in carrying out Carpet and Window Cleaning Activities

Able to work fully flexible which include early morning, late evening and weekends

Desirable:

Experience in providing quotes to clients
