This role is based at a large, residential development, located between North Greenwich and Chorlton. The development is currently 450 units and growing, as well as offering 24 hour concierge and secured parking. Transport wise, North Greenwich Station is 0.8 miles away, and offers great links into Canary Wharf and the City via both tube (Jubilee Line) and river bus (Thames Clipper).

You have a great eye for detail and experience carrying out regular development inspections and cleaning. your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately being part of a strong unified working environment.
