Are you passionate about Criminology and committed to inspiring the next generation of learners? We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Criminology Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive secondary school in Maidenhead on a temporary basis.

About the Role

You will be responsible for helping with the development of the SOW and marking with occasional teaching of Criminology lessons, helping students to develop a strong understanding of criminological theories, criminal behaviour, and the justice system.You’ll join a dedicated humanities/social sciences faculty where collaboration and creativity are valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Criminology curriculum
• Inspire and motivate students to achieve their best
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Work collaboratively with faculty colleagues to support student success

About You

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong subject knowledge in Criminology (or related social sciences such as Sociology, Psychology, or Law)
• Experience xbpsjku teaching at KS5 is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• A passion for education and student development
