Your Role: Leading pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment Keeping students engaged, motivated, and on track with their learning Supporting school staff and ensuring smooth continuity in lessons________________________________________ Who We're Looking For: Experienced Cover Supervisors or those keen to train Graduates or individuals considering a career in teaching People with experience working with young people in any capacity (youth work, coaching, voluntary roles, parenting, etc.) We provide FREE CPD, full training, and ongoing guidance to help you succeed and build confidence in the classroom.________________________________________ What We Offer: Ongoing opportunities 3-5 days per week (term time only) Flexible roles to suit your schedule Competitive pay depending on experience and role Typical annual earnings between £19,500 - £27,300 (based on 39 weeks per year)________________________________________ Why Work with Tradewind Recruitment?
