About the Role: As a Classroom Assistant, you will work in partnership with the class teacher to support learning and foster an engaging classroom environment. Your responsibilities will include supporting lesson preparation, delivering targeted one-to-one and small-group support, particularly for pupils with additional needs, and helping to ensure the school day runs efficiently.
