An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Class 3 Registered Building Inspector to join a busy and well-regarded Central London Borough.
This role sits within a high-performing building control team managing a varied and technically complex workload, including high-risk and high-rise developments. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with current building regulations and supporting the authority through ongoing regulatory demands.
Key Responsibilities:
·Carrying out site inspections on a range of complex and high-risk schemes
·Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and associated legislation
·Managing your own caseload across multiple live projects
·Supporting the team with technical guidance where required
·Liaising with internal departments, developers, and external stakeholders
Requirements:
·Fully registered Class 3 Building Inspector
·Proven experience working within a local authority environment
·Strong technical knowledge across complex / high-risk buildings
·Ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively
