Pertemps Stoke are currently recruiting a Class 2 / HGV 2 / LGV 2 Skip Driver to work out of their client based in Stoke on Trent.

For this Class 2 / HGV 2 / LGV 2 Skip Driver role, you will be responsible for:
Delivering and collecting skips across Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas
Carrying out skip exchanges (removing full skips and replacing with empty ones)
Operating a Class 2 skip wagon (skip loader / hook loader) safely and efficiently
Navigating tight residential streets, building sites, and commercial premises
Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
Providing excellent customer service when dealing with customers on-site
Returning skips to the yard for unloading and recycling
For this Class 2 / HGV 2 / LGV 2 Skip Driver role, you will need:

Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
CPC and Digital Tachograph card
Previous experience driving skip wagons – Minimum 1 year experience
Good communication and customer service skills
Working Hours & Pay of this Class 2 / HGV 2 / LGV 2 Skip Driver role:

Monday to Friday
07:00 – 17:00
£14.50 per hour
Ongoing work with the opportunity to go permanent after 12 weeks
