HGV Class 2 Driver – Southam, Warwickshire

People Solutions are looking for a HGV Class 2 Driver to join our client based in Southam, Warwickshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay and room to grow and progress.

Shifts: Monday to Friday – Start times: 06:00

Rates of Pay

• Monday to Friday £16.00ph

Day-to-Day Duties

• Multi-drop delivery of palletised goods.
• Loading and unloading using pump truck & some FLT unloading.
• Operating and driving Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently
• Adhering to traffic laws and regulations
• Communicating effectively with dispatch and customers
• Reporting any vehicle defects or maintenance needs
• Ensuring all loads are safe and secure

Essential Skills

• Valid UK Category C / Class 2 licence
• Minimum 24 month's Class 2 driving experience
• No more than six penalty points (minor infringements only)
• Valid UK CPC and Digi cards
• Good spoken and written English

Desirable Experience

• Previous commercial driving experience

Training Provided

• Industry-related training and ongoing support
