Job Title: Class 2 Driver\nLocation: Glasgow\nPay Rate: £16.07 to £18.00 p/h (£16.07 basic + £1.93 holiday pay = £18.00 per hour)\nHours: Monday to Friday (06:00 start times) - Occassional Saturday overtime - ongoing full time work\nLicence: Class 2 licence with skip & hookloader experience essential\nExperience: 12 months experience required\n\nFifth Wheel Recruitment are looking for Class 2 Drivers in Glasgow to work with our client, who provide essential waste management services. \n\nYou will be operating a Class 2 skip (hookloader) vehicle.\n \nEmployee Benefits: \nCompetitive Salary: £16.07 to £18.00 p/h (£16.07 basic + £1.93 holiday pay = £18.00 per hour)\nImmediate Starts: Begin earning immediately\nWeekly Pay: Payday every Friday\nExcellent Facilities: \n\n - Comfortable break areas\n - Vending machines\n - Subsidised canteen\n - Free, secure car parking\n\nCareer Growth: Excellent opportunities\nHours:\n\n - Monday to Friday working \n - Shift starts at 06:00 \n\nRoles & Responsibilities: \n\n - Driving and operating a Class 2 skip (hookloader) vehicle\n - Delivering and collecting skips from commercial and residential sites\n - Working safely around pedestrians, traffic, and other road users\n - Complete daily checks and report any defects\n\nAll applicants are expected to complete work to a high standard while following site safety procedures. \n \nAbout you: \nYou will have your Class 2 Driving Licence and at least 12 months experience driving commercially. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements. As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations.\n\nYou must be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and be able to work independently when required.

You must be reliable, punctual and safety conscious. \n\nYou will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift.
