Class 2 Driver Waste, Water & Drainage Services

Location: Rainham, Essex
Salary: £37,440 + overtime + bonuses + benefits
Hours: 6am5pm

We are looking for a reliable and hardworkingClass 2 Driverto join our operations team covering London and the Southeast. Working across a variety of customer sites, events and commercial environments, you will carry out waste, water and drainage services to a high standard.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, follows instructions well, and delivers excellent customer service.

What youll be doing:

  • Completing daily scheduled routes including tank empties, water refills and drainage work

  • Keeping your vehicle clean, tidy and roadworthy

  • Emptying large effluent tanks and refilling water bowsers

  • Using water hydrants safely

  • Emptying your vehicle at STW sites

  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks and wearing appropriate PPE

  • Liaising with the office and following all service procedures

  • Supporting with additional yard or service duties as required

  • Maintaining excellent customer service and promoting a positive image of the business

  • Driving safely at all times and complying with all health & safety requirements

What were looking for:

  • Class 2 (Category C) licence essential

  • Aged 25 or over(insurance requirement)

  • Maximum of 6 penalty points

Pay & Benefits:

  • Standard overtime:£16.00 per hour

  • Weekend/event overtime:£17.50 per hour (minimum 5 hours paid)

  • £150 monthly attendance bonus

  • Performance-related bonuses

  • £500 bonus on completion of probation
