As a Class 2 Driver, youll be:
Driving Class 2 vehicles with a manual gearbox
Working as part of a 2 person delivery team with a drivers mate
Completing home deliveries to houses, flats and apartments
Delivering a mix of bulky and lighter items, using team lifts for heavy goods
Completing room of choice deliveries only, with no assembly or installation

Typical workloads range from 26 drops per day on heavier routes, up to 1215 drops on smaller, local routes. Routes are pre-planned and supported, covering local and regional areas. (

To succeed as a Class 2 Driver, youll bring:
A valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
Manual gearbox driving experience
No more than 6 points (no DR or DD endorsements)
Good customer service skills and a professional attitude
Physical fitness and comfort with home delivery work
Newly passed drivers are welcome, as long as youre team focused, reliable and keen to learn.

Shift pattern is typically Tuesday to Saturday, with start times between 04:00 and 06:00. Average working hours are around 45 per week, with overtime paid at an enhanced rate.
