This is a varied, hands-on role combining driving, specialist vehicle operation, and drainage response work.Full training is provided for candidates with the right attitude and driving experience.What you will get:£36,660 basic salaryOvertime paid at £21.15 per hourNight shift bonus: £45 per shiftCall-out payments (up to £45 per callout)Typical monthly earnings: £3,000£5,000+ with overtimeCompany pension & benefits20+ days holiday (increasing with service)Full PPE providedModern specialist vehiclesWorking patternMonday to Friday: 6:00am 4:00pm (core hours)Regular overtime available (evenings, nights, weekends)Call-out rota for emergency response workStructured rest periods included within working patternWhat you will be doingOperating specialist vehicles (jetting tankers, vacuum tankers, combination units)Responding to drainage emergencies and blockagesSupporting flood and pollution response workCompleting vehicle checks and safety inspectionsWorking safely on public and private sitesMaintaining accurate job recordsWhat we are looking forValid HGV Class 2 licence + CPCProfessional and reliable attitudeComfortable working in a varied, hands-on roleAble to work independently and respond to calloutsDesirable (not essential):Drainage, utilities or waste industry experienceHigh-pressure jetting experienceStreetworks or water hygiene qualificationsAbout usMTS Cleansing Services is a family-run business with over 39 years of experience in drainage and environmental services.
