The role as a Class 2 Driver - Tamworth driver will include:Carrying out daily vehicle checksCompleting minor repairs to the vehicles where necessary and appropriate to do soReporting any damage, defects, or wear-and-tear to the Transport TeamEnsuring the load is securely strapped downDriving a Class 2 Lorry to and from their customer locationsMulti drop (up to 8 drops)Handballing maybe required - no dirty workLiaising with Customers Liaising with the Transport Team to ensure that they are kept appraised of the status of your delivery and whereaboutsCompletion of paperwork / POD'sPay rates:Weekday - £14.00 plus holiday pay Weekend - £17.50 plus holiday Pay Night out - £25.00 Driver requirements:Must have 12 months HGV / Class 2 Driver experienceStrapping and loading experience neededBe mindful of the vehicles when driving to customer eg fitting into tight spacesMaximum 6 points on licence with no major convictions(DD/DR/IN10's)JBRP1_UKTJ
