Class 2 (Category C) HIAB Driver

Location: Washington
The Best Connection is recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-known and established building supplies company based in Washington . Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Class 2 (Category C) HIAB driver to support increased demand.
This is an ongoing assignment offering consistent work and competitive pay.

The Role:

Multidrop delivery of building materials
Local North East routes
Vehicle pre-loaded
Support provided by a driver's mate
Use of HIAB crane for deliveries

Hours of Work:

7:00am starts until finish
7-day operation - may include weekend work

Pay Rates (PAYE):

£15.76 per hour - Monday to Friday (first 8 hours)
£23.64 per hour - Monday to Friday (after 8 hours)
£23.64 per hour - Saturday (all hours)
£31.52 per hour - Sunday (all hours)
£31.52 per hour - Bank Holidays (all hours)

Requirements:

Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
HIAB/ALMI C5+E / AITT / RTITB certification
Brick grab experience essential
Driver CPC Qualification Card
Digital Tachograph Card
Good understanding of tachograph regulations
