We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 Yard Shunters for ongoing positions based in Coventry (CV8 3EE). This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and skilled drivers looking for consistent, long-term work with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:- Safely manoeuvring vehicles within the yard
- Trailer coupling and uncoupling
- Parking and organising trailers efficiently
- Conducting vehicle and trailer checks
- Maintaining high safety standards at all times
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible shifts available (Days / Nights)
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Previous yard shunting experience is essential
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
- Good communication skills and reliability
- Competitive hourly rates
- Ongoing, stable work
- Flexible shift options
