Job Description

Extra Men Limited are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 HGV drivers to offer ADHOC support to one of our clients in the Rugby area.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering baskets of goods to stores / warehouses. All the products are in wheeled baskets and will need to be pushed to the back of the tail lift and into the store / warehouse.

  • Average shift length: around 10-11 hours
  • 23 drops per shift
  • All start times can be accommodated
  • Driver will need all 3 cards and a DVLA check with them every shift
  • Must be okay with handball work

An on-site assessment is required prior to starting, which includes both theory and practical.

If you are interested then please ensure you match the following criteria:

  • Valid Class 1 Licence held and used for at least 6 months (if used regularly after pass)
  • No more than 6 penalty points
  • No DD, DR, DG, CC, CD, MS, or IN endorsements
  • Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
  • Punctual, reliable, and respectful of others time
