Extra Men Limited are looking for Class 1 AM drivers for ongoing, year-round work with one of our most trusted clients based in Coventry. Our client is one of the UKs leading providers of motoring and cycling products and services, operating a well-established national store network.

The Role

This job role is delivering our clients products to their own stores around the UK. All the products are in cages and will need to be pushed to the back of the tail lift and into the store. Their average shifts are around 11-12 hours, 8 hours minimum are paid with a 45 minute break deducted.

Our client is looking for early mornings, starting anytime between 01:00-04:00, we can accommodate shift patterns except a Monday Friday as our client mainly needs weekend coverage.

Drivers must be open to potentially nighting out depending on how long the run might be. This part is non-negotiable so please ensure you are happy with that before applying.

Shift bonus

• £50 weekend day bonus
• £60 sixth shift bonus
• Enhanced rate for unsociable hours (20:00 06:00)
• £25 night out and any parking costs

An on-site assessment is required prior to starting. Once completed, and your availability and preferred start window are confirmed, work will be consistent and ongoing.

• Valid Class 1 Licence held and used for over 2 years.

• No DD, DR, DG, CC, CD, MS, or IN endorsements
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude

• Must be okay with handball (physical work), longer hours and the possibility of a night out
