Job Title:HGV Class 1 Driver (C+E)
Location:Wigan
Pay Rate: £161.50 to £179.31 p/day
Shifts: 7 day working operation - start times between 00:00 & 04:00 and 15:00 & 19:00
Ignition Driver Recruitment are looking for reliable, experiencedHGV Class 1 Driversin Wigan to join our team and play a vital role in keeping the supply chain moving.
What You'll Do:
  • Safely operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles on planned routes
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks and complete relevant paperwork
  • Majority Trunking work
    • Minimal to no handballing
  • Follow all driving laws and company procedures
  • Represent the company professionally at client sites

What You Need:
  • A valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence with 12 months experience
  • A current UK Driver CPC (DCPC) card and avalid Digital Tachograph card
  • Up to 6 points accepted on licence (No DD, DR, CD, TT, IN endorsements)
  • A professional attitude and good communication skills
