Accept Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 1 HGV driver to work with a leading recycling haulage client. The role involves operating walking floor vehicles, transporting recyclable materials efficiently and safely, with potential for overnight tramping routes.
Key Responsibilities Operate walking floor HGVs safely and professionally. Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance. Collect and deliver recyclable materials to customer sites and depots. Complete accurate driver logs and paperwork. Work long days, with the possibility of multi-day tramping routes.
Requirements Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with Driver CPC. Experience driving walking floor vehicles preferred. Ability to work long shifts and occasional overnight trips. Safety-conscious, reliable, and flexible. Strong team-working skills.
