Class 1 DriverSlough, SL1Pay rate: £21.29- £31.94Full time hours * Temp to Perm Opportunities for the right candidates*This is a fantastic opportunity to join Gi Group as a Class 1 Driver and work with one of our largest National Clients in Slough. Our client provides domestic and international parcel delivery for high volume business customers. Class 1 Driver responsibilities: * Loading and Unloading freight* Complete scheduled deliveries and collections of shipments of a variety of weights* Ensure correct completion of data and documentation* Confident in completing vehicle checks and completing any required defects paperwork* Securing loads* Scanning and working efficiently to ensure warehouse deadlines are metClass 1 Driver requirements: * You MUST be in possession of an HGV Class 1 (C+E) license, and valid Driver CPC & DIGI Cards* You MUST have held your Class 1 licence for a MIN of 2 years and driven a Class 1 vehicle for at least 6 months prior to applying for this role* Motoring convictions starting with the code SP for speeding offences are acceptable, up to a max. of 6 points.
