Job Title: Class 1 (C+E) Container Driver Location: Manchester (M32) Job Type: Full-Time / Ongoing Work Salary: Competitive (DOE) + Overtime Available About the Role: We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing logistics operator. We are seeking experienced Class 1 (C+E) Container Drivers to join their team based in Manchester (M32). This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing, stable work with a reputable company specialising in container haulage. Key Responsibilities: Transport shipping containers to and from UK ports Complete timely deliveries and collections to customer sites and distribution centres Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure road-worthiness Accurately complete all required paperwork and digital records Comply with all driving legislation, tachograph regulations, and WTD rules Represent the client professionally at all times Requirements: Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card Minimum 1 year Class 1 driving experience Previous container haulage and port experience (highly desirable) Knowledge of port procedures and systems is an advantage Good geographical knowledge of the UK road n...
