Claims Handler - Commercial & Personal Lines

Bolton | Full-Time | Permanent We're working with a well-established independent Chartered Insurance Broker looking for a skilled Claims Handler to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role across both Commercial and Personal Lines , including specialist insurance schemes.

What You'll Do

Handle a wide range of claims including Property, Business Interruption, Employers & Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers, Cyber, Financial Crime, Motor, and more Act as the main point of contact for clients and insurers, keeping everyone informed and ensuring smooth claim resolution Investigate claims, gather evidence, and negotiate settlements Maintain accurate records, manage your diary, and ensure deadlines are met Collaborate with Account Executives on larger claims and prepare claims reports
