Civils Site Supervisor,
Immediate start until January 26

Based in Leeds

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage civil engineering activities on-site, including trenching, ducting, and structural works associated with Extra High Voltage (EHV) infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will ensure that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities, subcontractors, and operatives
• Develop and implement Health & Safety documentation (RAMS, H&S Plans)
• Liaise with clients, attend audits, and lead progress meetings
• Manage procurement and maintain accurate site records
• Identify training needs and ensure compliance
• Compile handover documentation and as-built records

What you need to succeed

• EUSR Card
• SMSTS (CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• Experience in EHV
• Familiarity with NEC contracts and HSE legislation
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Full UK driving licence
