Civil Supervisor

Our client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Civils Supervisor to oversee a range of civil engineering activities within their organisation, working on a BESS projects in Eggborough.

This role involves coordinating and managing on-site construction operations to ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of civil engineering principles.

Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise civil engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring safe, timely, and on-budget delivery. Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Oversee daily activities of construction crews and subcontractors, providing guidance and support. Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to monitor progress and ensure compliance. Work with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and address design changes. Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs and progress reports.
