Job Description

Our client, a leading consultancy in the transmission and distribution (T&D) sector, is currently seeking a Civil Structural Engineer to join their team on a contract basis.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDesigning, analysing, and reviewing structural elements within T&D infrastructure projects\nConducting site assessments and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards\nPreparing and reviewing technical documentation, including reports, calculations, and drawings\nCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project integration and delivery\nProviding technical support during construction phases, including responding to RFI (Requests for Information)\nEnsuring projects are completed within the specified timelines and budgets\nMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements\nParticipating in project meetings and providing expert advice\n\nJob Requirements:\n\nExperience in civil structural engineering within the T&D sector\nStrong knowledge of relevant civil engineering principles and T&D standards\nProficiency in using engineering software for structural analysis and design\nExcellent technical report writing and documentation skills\nStrong attention to detail and analytical abilities\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team\nRelevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification\n\nBenefits:\n\nOpportunity to work on cutting-edge T&D projects\nProfessional development and training opportunities\nExposure to a collaborative and dynamic work environment\nIf you are an experienced Civil Structural Engineer looking for an exciting contract opportunity within the T&D sector, we would love to hear from you.
