Civil Litigation Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 Years PQE. Experience gained with another reputable team. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well within a team. Currently based in Dorset or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a varied caseload including complex possession and property claims, landlord/tenant, title rectification, professional negligence, trusts, commercial, insolvency and general litigation. Provide advice and assistance to junior solicitors within the Litigation department. Working Conditions
