The Opportunity

The role is a full-time, office-based permanent position and offers the chance to work closely with experienced solicitors on a broad range of contentious matters. You will be responsible for handling civil litigation cases from instruction through to completion, ensuring all matters are managed professionally, efficiently, and to a high standard.

• Managing a varied caseload of civil litigation matters from instruction to conclusion
  • Contractual disputes
  • Professional and general negligence
  • Debt recovery actions
  • Commercial disputes
  • Building and construction disputes
  • Misrepresentation claims
  • Inheritance Act claims
  • Contested probate matters
• Delivering high-quality legal advice and excellent client care
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to support team objectives

Skills & Experience

• Qualified Solicitor with up to 3 years’ post-qualification experience in Civil Litigation
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of contentious matters
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines effectively
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Commitment to high-quality work delivered with integrity
• Enthusiastic about personal development and contributing to team growth
