Over the past decade, it has expanded to multiple offices and now has a team of approximately 100 members, delivering a comprehensive range of legal services tailored to the needs of individuals, families, and businesses.Key Responsibilities:Advise clients on legal issues, case merits, options, and likely outcomes.Research laws, regulations, and precedents to inform strategy.Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.Manage pre-action protocols, compliance, and explore alternative dispute resolution (ADR).Handle evidence disclosure and respond to discovery requests.Negotiate settlements and participate in ADR, including mediation and arbitration.Represent clients in court proceedings and liaise with barristers for higher advocacy.Maintain client communication, providing updates and strategic advice.Ensure timely and accurate court filings and procedural compliance.Advise on costs, funding, and manage legal budgets.Oversee post-trial actions, including appeals, enforcement, and settlements.Stay informed on procedural rules, case law, and legislative developments.About YouQualified CILEx Legal Executive or Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.Why NPA Recruit?The successful candidate for the specified position shall be entitled to receive a one-time payment of £1000 as a signing bonus, funded solely by NPA Recruit LTD.
