We are seeking an experienced Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join our clients growing, multidisciplinary team. With over 30 years of established success, this consultancy delivers expert civil and structural engineering services across a broad portfolio of residential and commercial developments. Their team has extensive experience providing infrastructure engineering services for schemes from site appraisal, concept and planning, through to technical submission, tender and ultimately construction. They work closely with landowners, master planners, domestic clients, contractors and developers along with their design teams to understand their development and provide well thought out and efficient designs.\n\nThey routinely review and consider all the available information to understand the site constraints of each project so that we can provide a value engineering approach to the wider design. Due to an increasing workload and continued growth, we are expanding our team and offering a stable, long-term career opportunity.

\n\nWhat’s on offer\n\nHealth and Life Insurance\n\t\nFlexible working\n\t\nICE Chartership support\n\t\nRegular performance reviews \n\t\nA supportive and collaborative working environment\n\t\nReal opportunities for career progression within an expanding consultancy. \n\nThe role\n\nReporting directly to the management team, you will take a key role in the design and delivery of infrastructure solutions, including highways, drainage and sustainable systems. \n\t\nYou will be involved in the full project lifecycle, from concept design through to technical delivery and construction phase, working closely with clients, local authorities, the wider design team and internal teams.

\n\t\nDelivering design solutions using AutoCAD 2D/3D and Site 3D software. \n\t\nDeveloping drainage strategies, SuDS designs, flood risk assessments, and associated section agreements (e.g., Section 104, 106, and 278). \n\t\nDesigning highways and preparing technical submissions for adoption agreements.

\n\t\nLiaising with clients, local authorities, and multidisciplinary design teams. \n\t\nManaging project timelines, resources, and technical output. \n\t\nSupervising and mentoring technicians and junior staff.

\n\nWhat you need to succeed\n\nProven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, preferably within residential and/or commercial development sectors. \n\t\nProficient in Site 3D and AutoCAD 2D/3D, or similar. \n\t\nConfident managing projects from early planning through to construction.

\n\t\nStrong time management skills with the ability to meet project deadlines. \n\t\nProactive, self-motivated, and keen to take on responsibility
