Location: Preferred Northwest of England and Yorkshire. Remote working with frequent office and client sites visits.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop concepts & detailed designs for the water industry.
- Management of workload, delivering projects to time and to budget.
- Maintain high levels of awareness of the implementation of changes in legislation.
- Identify business development opportunities.
- Prepare financial and technical proposals for project opportunities.
- Co-ordination with multidisciplinary teams working on the projects and site team.
- Client and stakeholder interface.
- A general understanding of water and sewage treatment processes and the as-sociated equipment/system requirements.
- Experience in drainage design including Sustainable Drainage Systems (SUDS).
- Competence in the use of AutoCAD
- A natural curiosity for developing innovative, sustainable and cost-effective solutions for our clients.
- Ability to prioritise a varied workload and demonstrate good time management to comply with deadlines.
- Hydraulic modelling - preferably Causeway Flow or Microdrainage.
- Competence in the use of Civil3D.
