What you'll be doing
Leading and contributing to civil site design: grading, drainage systems, utilities, roadway and parking layouts, and stormwater management
Preparing engineering plans, reports, calculations, and permitting packages
Coordinating with survey teams, structural engineers, project managers, and clients
Conducting site visits and supporting field-related engineering tasks
Overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and client communication
Applying sound engineering judgment and mentoring junior team members as needed
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
2-5+ years of civil engineering experience (site design )
Proficiency with CAD and civil design software
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client priorities
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
Desire to grow professionally and contribute to a high-performance engineering team
