The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload covering debt recovery, civil litigation, HDR (housing disrepair), and general litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities: Manage a broad caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters. Handle debt recovery claims from pre-action through to enforcement. Deal with housing disrepair (HDR) matters, including both claimant and defendant work. Advise and represent clients in a range of general litigation disputes. Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence. Conduct negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions. Attend court hearings where required.
