Our Immigration Department continues to grow, and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Chinese Immigration Advisor/Paralegal to join our team.OverviewWe are seeking a Mandarin-speaking immigration paralegal/lawyer to support our growing immigration practice. The ideal candidate will bring/manage a varied caseload, deal with complex immigration matters, and provide bilingual support to clients.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and file visa, sponsorship, settlement, and citizenship applications.Conduct legal research and interpret UK immigration rules.Communicate with clients in Mandarin and English, managing evidence collection and case updates.Draft letters, statements, reports, and legal documents.Maintain accurate case files, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with firm procedures.Liaise with the Home Office and other authorities.Prepare for hearings, create bundles, and client preparation.RequirementsFluency in Mandarin and English.At least two years of UK immigration law firm experience.Strong drafting and communication skills.Knowledge of UK immigration rules and processes.Excellent organisational and case-management abilities.Ability to manage own caseload.Proactive approach to risk management and client service.JBRP1_UKTJ
